Abstract
Today human beings and medical science are facing immense scientific and technological ardor. Schizophrenia is a serious mental health ailment. The author is severe schizophrenia for the last 30 years. This is a case study of the so many difficulties and travails he faced over the last 30 years. In addition to schizophrenia, he has glaucoma in both his eyes. This article deeply pronounces the need for psychological help from doctors and family. Since November 1993, there are ailments of immense proportions. The author with deep and lucid insight relates and recounts the vast era of health and mental difficulties in the path of life. There is tremendous agony, trials and tribulations in his life today. The author as a schizophrenic patient conveys a deep and subtle message to doctors and patients who are suffering from schizophrenia. Surely a newer dawn of human civilization will emerge if man and mankind move towards newer scientific and medical innovations and discoveries in mental health research.
